Matt (Software Engineer) received his Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science From Rice University. He provides professional software engineering support to multiple research projects in the Treangen lab, previously contributing to Harvest Variants and variant calling research endeavors specific to Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Sequencing.
